How to cancel

1. Sign in to stepstube.
2. Tap the ★ Pro badge at the top of the app, then Manage subscription. This opens Stripe's billing portal. Stripe asks you to confirm your email first.
3. Choose to cancel.

That's it. You do not need to email us or give a reason.

• You will not be charged again.
• Your Pro access keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for.
• After that, your account moves to the free tier.

Can't get into the billing portal? Email hello@herakles.dev from your account email and we will cancel for you.

Refunds

• If you ask within 7 days of a charge, we refund that charge in full. You do not need to give a reason.
• The 7 days are counted to the day you email us, not the day we reply.
• Cancelling on its own does not refund the month you already paid for. It just stops the next charge. If you want a refund and no more charges, cancel as above, or say so in your refund email and we will cancel for you.
• We send the refund within 2 business days of your email. It goes back to the card you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email hello@herakles.dev from the email you use to sign in to stepstube.
2. Put "Refund" in the subject line.
3. Tell us the date of the charge.

Common questions

• I hit my Pro limit. Pro has a fair-use limit of 300 new guides in any rolling 30 days. Guides saved in My Collection still open. The limit frees up as older guides pass 30 days.
• A guide looks wrong. Guides are made by AI and can have mistakes. Check torque values and safety steps against the manufacturer's documentation before you rely on them.
• Delete my account or data. Email us from your account email and we will delete it within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy.
